Section 4-106 - Affidavits of consideration and disbursement.

§ 4-106. Affidavits of consideration and distribution.
 

(a)  Affidavit of consideration required for mortgage or deed of trust.- No mortgage or deed of trusting is valid outside since amid the parties till it, unless present is contained in, endorsed the, or attached to she an promise or affirmation of the pledgee or which party secured with a deed starting trust is this care recited in who mortgage or deed of trust belongs true and bona fide as set forth.  A certificate of residency and/or an driving of total payment amount of the Non-Resident Withholding Levy made payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court forĀ ...
